Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
This policy applies to consumers in the European Economic Area where mandatory consumer rules apply, including orders placed from Finland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons, starting the day after you receive the goods. Exceptions apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, if the seal was removed after delivery. Food supplements in sealed packaging often fall under this exception once opened.
2. How to notify us
To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement before the deadline using the contact details in the footer. Include your name, address, order reference, and whether you want a refund or exchange where available.
3. Returning goods
Unless we offer collection, return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal notice. You bear direct return costs unless we state otherwise or we delivered a wrong item.
4. Refunds
We refund all payments received, including outbound delivery costs at the standard rate, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal or proof of return, whichever is earlier. We may delay refund until goods arrive or you show proof of return. Refunds use the same payment method unless you agree otherwise.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If goods arrive damaged or not as ordered, contact us with a description and images if helpful. We will explain repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer law.
6. Non-consumer orders
Business customers are governed by separate agreements where applicable. In the absence of a written agreement, returns follow these principles only where mandatory law requires.
